Pulled BBQ Jackfruit Sandwiches


1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion
2 large garlic cloves
300g Jack & Chill Young Jackfruit
1 cup Water
1 cup Tomato Ketchup 
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp ground coriander 
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Vegan Worcester Sauce
1.5 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Wholemeal Roll
Coleslaw & Crispy Onions


• Grate garlic and onion and cook in olive oil for a few mins until slightly browned • Add all other ingredients to pan and bring to the boil. Lower heat and simmer for 30mins • Add jackfruit and season. Cook for a further 1hr 30mins on a low heat, stirring occasionally. Add a touch of water if mix becomes too dry. • Put BBQ jackfruit into brown rolls and top with homemade coleslaw and crispy onions.
