Dissolve 1 Veg Stock Cube in 250ml Hot Water and add
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 chopped onion
1 Clove Grated Garlic
thumb-nail sized chopped chunk of ginger
Juice of 1 pressed Orange
Cover 1/2 a pack of Jack & Chill Pulled Jackfruit pieces with the mix & pop in a oven proof dish.
Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 – 30 min. (if not previously defrosted, add another 10 min. to cooking time!)
